  • Salary and Bonus

    Each year at PCL we conduct an Annual Salary Review whereby we review and benchmark all salaries, taking into account external factors such as inflation. We also have the opportunity to earn a discretionary yearly bonus to all eligible employees.

  • Pension

    We have teamed up with Aegon as our Pension provider to help you plan for your future. Each month you will contribute 5% of your salary (or more if you want) into your pension pot and PCL will add another 7%, making your total personal contribution 12%.
